The TC Electronic ND-1 Nova Delay is a feature-rich stereo delay pedal built on the legacy of TC's legendary 2290 Dynamic Digital Delay processor. It offers six distinct delay types — Delay Line, Dynamic, Reverse, Ping Pong, Pan, and Slapback — each of which can be shaped further with different delay styles, giving you a huge range of sounds from warm, vintage-style tape delay to crystal-clear modern digital delay.
With up to 2290 ms of delay time, 9 user-programmable presets, and true stereo I/O, the Nova Delay is equally at home on a small pedalboard or in a full studio setup. The pedal's Audio Tapping technology lets you set the tempo simply by playing a rhythm while holding the tap tempo switch — so you can lock the delay to your own playing rather than counting beats. Three levels of modulation (light, medium, heavy) can be applied to any delay type, and true delay spillover ensures your repeats trail off naturally even when switching presets or modes.
